The Word Bricks is dedicated to providing high-quality LEGO®-inspired brick sets and mini-figures designed to help children and families learn about the Word of God in a fun and engaging way. Through this e-commerce platform, we aim to provide direct access to our products, while also ensuring an easy and secure way to place and complete online orders, provided that stock is available.

We are committed to excellent customer service, transparency, and responsible operations. These Terms & Conditions fully comply with current Portuguese and European Union legislation. By using our website, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, and undertake to comply with them.

The Word Bricks reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions when necessary, provided that such changes do not affect legally binding rights or completed transactions.

  • Payment details (if paying by card: card number, expiry date, security code)

D. PRODUCTS OFFERED

Each product is described in detail on our website, including features, dimensions, pricing, and availability. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and photos are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing or display differences.

E. ORDERING & CONSUMER PROTECTION

Orders placed through our website are governed by European Union consumer protection directives, including Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.

To place an order, customers must:

  1. Complete the order form with accurate and complete information.

  2. Accept these Terms & Conditions during checkout.

  3. Submit payment through one of the available payment methods.

Payment Options

All prices displayed include VAT (currently 23% in Portugal). Non-EU customers may be subject to additional import duties, customs charges, or exchange rate fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

After placing an order, customers receive a confirmation email with order details and an electronic copy of the purchase agreement.

F. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship orders worldwide using trusted courier and postal services.

  • Portugal & EU deliveries: approx. 2–7 working days

  • International deliveries: approx. 5–20 working days (depending on destination)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and package weight. Customers are informed of the total shipping cost before finalizing the order.

G. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

  • Beyond this period, we may not be able to cancel if the order has already been processed.

Returns

Customers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days of delivery, without needing to provide a reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a company error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Tags, manuals, and receipts must be included.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Note: Customized or special-order items cannot be returned unless defective.

H. FORCE MAJEURE

The Word Bricks is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, extreme weather, natural disasters, or customs delays.

The Word Bricks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
