All order are send with DHL Express. For order under 2kg we charge a flat fee of 9,99 and for orders over 2kg up to 5 kg we charge 19,99

We currently use Stripe and accept all major Credit and Debit Cards as well as Google and Apple pay. We also accept some country specific payment types such as iDeal, BanContact, Przelewy24, EPS and Multibanco and are looking to keep adding more payment methods in the near Future such as Paypal and more country specific payment methods.

Delivery is heavily dependant on where in the world you are located in relation to us. We are based in Europe therefore shipments to Europe take 1 week or less. North America for example takes 1 to 2 weeks typically.

Our website uses SSL encryption to secure your connection to our website.your data is also stored securely behind encryption. When you make a payment, the connection to your bank is directly made with them also via an encrypted connection.

After placing an order, you will be notified of the status of your order: when its packed, when its shipped and when it is due to arrive.

When you place an order and once the payment is verified, you will recieve an invoice.
