We want your sets and mini-figures to reach you safely and on time, so all orders are shipped with tracked and signed-for delivery services. This ensures your package is traceable and securely delivered to you.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package online

We are happy to advise on customs control and import regulations for your country, but please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return your order.
Standard Returns

You may return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

No explanation is required; however, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Items must be returned in unused, brand-new condition, in their original packaging, with all tags/manuals included.

A copy of the purchase receipt must be included.

Returns are only accepted once approved by our team.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs (once agreed in advance).
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving and inspecting your return. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when placing the order.
Exceptions – Customized Products
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
How to Return a Product

Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and receipt.

Quality Control
All returned products undergo careful quality inspection. For your convenience, please check your order carefully upon delivery, including the packaging, to report any issues immediately.
If we detect a problem during quality control of a returned item, we will contact you directly to resolve it.
